They are not happy until their client is -- right down to the final item on the final punch list. I first worked with Hardwood Interiors on a kitchen remodel. From inception to installation, Michele, Reg and their team of professional artisans and designers listened to and worked with their client on the complete layout and design from top to bottom, offered suggestions based on their experience, and met every benchmark on their production and installation timeline. When Hardwood Interiors is scheduled for an install, they show up and they are there to work -- to the point that they arrived in the midst of an ice storm in 2011 and had to be sent home since the electricity went out. Based on my very pleasant first experience with Hardwood Interiors, I have returned to them on multiple occasions for custom interior pieces and cabinetry they designed and built based on my articulated -- not drawn -- descriptions. I am once again using this group of professionals for an interior update of another property. In this and every instance, it has proven to be the same pleasant experience that I had when I first contracted with the company in 2010. I have always been extremely pleased and satisfied with the final quality and results. We used this company to remodel our kitchen and Bath in a very large home. For each task they quickly understood our style, and suggested products that would be true to our style. Michelle is great to deal with! She will show you products within your price range, and all will be beautiful. We are moving away from Morgantown and I bought a house in another state. I took pictures of the new home to Michelle and she immediately spent two hours giving me ideas on how to make the house pretty, understanding my preferences. You need to make an appointment so she will dedicate her time to you. It's a wonderful experience and with the cost since she saved me hundreds in materials.
We have hired Reg and Michelle and their team on a couple of occasions . I have found their craftsmanship to be exemplary. They follow through on every aspect of the project and offer experienced design advice.
If you want to add beautiful customization to your home, then go to Hardwood Interiors! They made a gorgeous custom kitchen and customs hardwood floors and more for me. Michele, Reg , Nicole and the whole staff are the best to work with. I found a color floor I wanted and Reg and Michele didn't stop till they made a custom stain just right . Michele listens to what you want and designs a kitchen that fits you and your space . Nicole was the sweetest and a pleasure to work with and always available for questions and ideas. She did research for me to find ideas she and I had to show me what they would look like. She with Michele designed my dream kitchen!!! Dave came to my house several times to check on things and also designed a beautiful dog gate for me . They have great customer service . Reg made himself available to come to my house when needed and also helped design a piece to fit my stove so it would fit properly in the space. Liz was always really sweet and polite when talking with her. Reg & Michele have a great business and I would recommend them to anyone building or remodeling !!! I will definitely use them again !!!
